I am unable to log into Pro Series 2022. The window opens trying to get to the logion screen and the spinning dots appear. Never makes it to the login screen.
Did complete reboot and still have the same issue.
No issues connecting to 2023, 2021, 2020 just 2022.
I ran updates for 2022 and there were no updates to be applied.
It worked just fine yesterday no this morning I can not get in.

Try using REPAIR UPDATES from the windows programs menu (Start button> Programs/Apps, Proseries 2022) this screen shot if for a different year, but all years have the same option.
Did that. Same experience.
I also ran the Tools Hub Repair and still have the same issue.
It almost like it is having an issue connecting to the network but it is only happening for 2022.
2023, 2021, 2020, 2019 all work no issuse.
It is a stand alone install.
I did an uninstall and reinstall and same behavior

Im curious how long it just spins...does it eventually give an error message? or have you just used Task Manager to End Task and stopped it before it ever gets to an "end".?
The issues was the cache for common files.
This fixed the issue

Ahh, the blank white sign in screen....I wondered what you got once the dots stopped spinning.
