Pro Series account lockout

I have a number of Intuit accounts - I have been locked out of my Pro Series account and can't find a way back in or a way to get to a person to help me at Pro Series.  Can someone offer a suggestion?

Calling support is your only option here.  Nobody in this group can access your account to assist with this.

Happened to me once.  Called Support and they had my access restored in no time.  They only just need to verify your identity.

I understand that I need to call support.  Unfortunately, the number they list as support takes me to specific tax issues.   I guess I'll just keep searching.
