trying to open proseries 2020 and wont open it gaves me this reason
error "403 forbbiden"
called the customer service and they told me that they cannot help me with any proseries 2020 or older versions, I told them that i have been a proseries customer for the last 15 years and l purchase all those years and should have acces at least to the las 5 years and the answer was No
Windows Start button > Programs/Apps > Proseries 2020 > REPAIR UPDATES
See if that fixes it.
I cannot login in Lacerte 2020 . The Login screen gives me error saying that I need to run updates in order to login. I ran the complete updates. After that the login screen gives me an Internet connection error Status code: "403" Forbidden. The troubleshoot button does not fix it.
If repair updates does not fix problem just delete the 2020 program (be sure to make a backup first) Then you can download the 2020 program, and reinstall. You then restore from your backup.
As expensive as this software is and the can/'t fix it or help us? They should spend less advertising money fooling the public with "free" filing and serve those of us who pay too much for their software!
Did you uninstall/reinstall the software, as has been suggested?
