When importing a client from 2022 carryovers, supporting statements, etc are not importing with the file.
I think you want to transfer the prior year file rather than import. But sometimes bad things happen if you transfer clients too early. I would run a software update and then try to transfer the client again.
Sorry, used the wrong word. I meant transferred. We've tried updating and re-transferring but no success so far.
Is it one client or all clients with that problem?
All clients. Also, partnership capital account balances are not transferring.
