Prior year client information does not pull through from 2024 to 2025? This is my second year using ProSeries.

For some reason my information will not pull through like my prior tax program. What am I missing? This will be the first year pulling client profiles through.

When you transfer clients it brings over prior year information - did you have a problem with the transfer?
