You could use print screen, but Windows has Snipping Tool (Press windows key and find Snipping Tools) Use it to outline the things you want and copy them. Then save on your computer.
This gives you an image. Alternatively you could open Notepad next to the window and use highlight, copy and paste from one window to another.
