You're using ProSeries Professional? Go to the Smart Worksheet on Form 1-A and you can quick zoom to the Tips entry section of the W2 worksheet.
I believe you submit that info (OT hours) to your employer and they add it to your paycheck.
What is the description on your form showing? This way you apply correctly in the W-2 section.
