Print return for 2015

I have been using ProSeries and ProSeries basic since 2013.  I am trying to print a Corporate return for 2015  (this new client hasn't filed since 2014. I was able to print returns for 2014 and 2016) but it says it cannot license my product.  How can I get this to print.  Thank you.

If youve updated the program and updated the licensing and youre still getting nowhere, you'll probably have to call support.
