Possible to still file the 2017 tax returns electronically before April 15, 2021?

Hello,

I have a client who needs to file his 2017 federal and state tax returns.  He is still within the statute of limitations for a refund, but am I able to file still file the return electronically? I ask because I know it is still possible to file 2018 and 2019 electronically but not sure about 2017.  Thanks in advance.

2017 is closed from efiling.  Will have to mail.

Efiling is always current year and 2 years prior, 2017 misses that window.
