Hello, I have been going back and forth about my pbr incentive sine June of last year that I still haven't received. It seems the same rep keep answering the phones named Jon and just gives me the run arounds. I have submitted all bank statements showing no deposit from the bank and everything. I have also requested a supervisor to contact me and no one never return my calls. The rep Jon stated in October that it was suppose to be sent, but when I emailed my statements he then stated I don't know why the person didn't send it. This seems very fishy to me on what's going on I had never had this problem with proseries ever about my pbr. It's tax season again and still no PBR Incentive and no call backs since Monday when I called and sent bank statements again with the rep Jon. Is there another number I can call to chat with a supervisor or management. I need help with this issue ASAP...Thanks
