Payment repeated at PDF and E-FILE time for one of my client

I wonder why I needed to pay twice per return for one of my clients. The first time is for PDF, and the second is for E-FILE; total payments are $118*2.

Fed and state?  Separate charge for each.

$72 fed and $46 state, looks like $118   Oh, you say you paid $118 twice? for the same EIN?   Was it on the same computer?

You'll have to call into Support to get credited. In the meantime, look at your PPR Audit trail and see if both purchases appear.
