I use the pay-per-return. Today, I entered my card information to pay for and authorize an individual return. As soon as the payment process ended, Pro Series crashed. When I re-started ProSeries and opened the return, it was showing as not authorized. However, my credit card was charged for the return. Does anyone know how I can get the return authorized without having to pay for it again?
