I received an Error 16 Reject with one of my Pay-by-Refund clients. The return was rejected by the bank but accepted by the IRS. I can't find the option to re-submit the bank application from the Efile menu, as the instructions indicate.
How do I fix this issue? I was able to transmit many others, but this is the only one with a problem. I use Refund Advantage.
Any ideas?

Thanks, I reviewed this already and corrected the return. The problem is that the Resubmit Bank Application option is not appearing on the efile menu, as the instructions require.
