We recently migrated to a new Windows 10 Pro computer and have Office 2019 x64 Outlook. When we go to email tax return to client we get the error of "no default email application setup". How can we resolve this issue to have it connect to Outlook? Outlook is already setup as the default email application. Thanks!

Did you get this issue resolved? I have the same issue, but luck it getting it fixed.
I too have the same issue - and not sure how Proseries is so understaffed in tax season - esp the begining of teh season where they have a hold periopd of 30-40 minutes just to field a Q
email using ProSeries is critical to us as that helps both encryption and also a trail in saved PDFs
