I called into support today to find out why Ohio Business for 1120S is not showing in my 2021 program when selecting a state. In 2020 I can select Ohio business in form-set 1120S. They said Ohio doesn’t have to file 1120S. Can we double check this, because there are forms on Ohio state site, which I was able to access last year through ProSeries. Also on ProSeries release dates website for Ohio 1120S it does show forms and their release dates. Thank you!

Sometimes Intuit will provide non-final forms and sometimes they don't. Since the forms aren't going to be finalized for another week or so, they may have just skipped providing any forms until they are final. See what happens when you get closer to the dates on the release dates page.

"They said Ohio doesn’t have to file 1120S"
They got that right, sorta. There is no 1120S equivalent in OH anymore.
But that does not mean there aren't other OH forms to file.
