anyone else having issues with all NYS personal income tax forms having the watermark "do not file, e-file only"? None of the boxes are checked for the watermark to be printed. Its printing on everything including vouchers that need to be mailed with payment. it also doesn't matter if I switch to paper filing and try to print, it's still there.

Hopefully, I saw this, its not the standard "form not final" and its printable so it throws you off. Its hard to be patient for software this time of year.
