So they put some energy into the splash screen, but the 1040X/superseded form that should be final today, still has a yellow bar, and a watermark, even though it says an update is available for it...

Well, based on the number of posts, the splash screen has been the biggest issue this year😬
Yeah, Intuit is having a remarkably good year. The top two issues have already been resolved. They fixed the splash screen already AND they got the IRS to concede that MCTR isn't taxable.
I haven't seen any other particular issue that's gotten a lot of posts so I don't think there's even a distant third place this year.
And I dont see the k-1 updated yet either.
Way to go Intuit. Worry about some stupid splash screen instead of functional forms.
Good business model, lets go for looks vs function
And BTW.............I still have the old splash. So, not only do I still have the old splash but more importantly forms Im waiting for to be finalized have not been done so.
I ran an update this morning and got the new splash screen
And that stupid Esig sales window on the side is back!

I got the new now. Oh joy!!
I'd refuse to buy on principal at this point. Lol!!!
new splash screen is bold, cool looking
Yeah, that is a really cool pic of Albert Einstein.
I have been wondering the same thing. Do you suppose the people at intuit do not start work untill after lunch?
They took my firl friend away from me. I miss her already.
Someone mentioned a blonde woman on Lacerte at login. Is she gone as well?
I still don't get why this was an issue in the first place.
You and me both. Who knows how many phone calls were made to support over the issue as well. I'm more concerned about the software working properly and forms being available timely rather than worrying about what shows up on a splash screen 😒
Forget about the splash screen....Can we start E-filing yet??
Nope, she's still with us. And she's not "blonde".... well, maybe dirty dishwater blonde?
Hmm...makes you wonder why Intuit would take THIS young woman down?
And all God's people said AMEN
Apparently, based on the Form 8915F thread, they don’t start working until March 2nd.
When this tax season is over lets all get together and get drunk. I will provide the fireball.
