I suspected that my internal wireless wi-fi may have been presenting issues as my printer would go to an 'off-line' status without warning. On Thursday, I replaced the wi-fi router, and called Tech Support on Friday to demonstrate the issue. However, everything that I had backed up - transmitted correctly. Self inflicted wound on this one - internal problems that was very difficult to diagnose and resolve.
The support could not have been better! Very professional and helpful with the interaction.
