I tried to create an account because I haven’t had one before and I noticed that someone has been using my social security number and then I recognized the account name and it’s definitely my ex wife who’s been doing it for years now

This is a forum for tax professionals.  Not exactly sure what your question is but maybe it warrants a call to the IRS to see if they can provide further direction to assist you?  1-800-829-1040.  There may also be a direct fraud division but that phone number I provided should guide you.  Good luck.
