Is anyone having trouble with the account data field being to small to enter the account number for direct deposit?

Recently, my client's bank has started using 13-digit account numbers.  The number will not fit in the direct deposit account data field.  I can only put part of it, which will not allow him to receive a direct deposit of his refund.

I'm using Professional not Basic.... I can enter 17 digits for the account number.

You're not accidentally entering the acct number on the routing number line ?

13 digit account numbers fill in fine for me, do you mean routing number?  Routing numbers will always be 9 digits, make sure youve using the routing on a check, not a deposit slip.

Your post indicates youre using Basic, Ive entered a 15 digit acct here, no problems
