I invite user to intuit link and when I go to intuit link it says they already accepted , but an email was never done

Yes, I've been having issues with Intuit Link.
Well I'm still having that problem as of today. Not only that, it's not even the clients number attached to the log in. Can someone tell me how do we fix this problem. I have called 800-434-6818 number and 1-800-446-8848. No one has a clue on what to do. I really feel some type of way. This does not look good in a client eyes. Been using ProSeries since 2003. Please HELP!!!!! SUPPORT IS NO HELP....
After you invite, you have to log on to link and tell link to send request. Mine is working fine
