Is anyone else having problems with program shutting down when sending files to Intuit?

It is shutting down when I try to print. Not every time, but about after the 3rd form I want to look at..BAM it is DOWN!!! How aggravating!!!!

Have you tried the "repair updates" route to try and fix it?  It works for some folks, but not everybody.

No they are not getting any closer.  I have updated two recommended files from microsoft, to no prevail.

It crashed last night, just loading a client from home base.  crashed this morning trying to print a client.

No, they do not appear to consider this a priority.  Probably getting the invoices ready for the 21 package.
