This is a new one for me. I have always just used the option of "preparer entered Pin(s) on behalf". I had a file rejected. I printed the rejection notice. It said the client needed an IP PIN. I gave the information to the client. The issue is that an IP PIN is SIX digits. How do I provide that so the file will not be rejected?

Sorry to waste your time. I went through everything again and found a location to enter the IP PIN of the client. Thank you for your assistance.
The IPPIN is a different 6 digit code than the EFile PIN. They have to bring that to you each eyar.
