I am setting up my software and I receive an error when sending out a checklist and questionnaire by the Intuit link within the installed software. I experienced the same error last season, and they could not find a reason for the error. The error says "An error occurred trying to send (client's name) data to Intuit link. Please try again at a later time. If this issue is persistent, please contact us for assistance."
Any ideas what I may be missing?
I've been getting this same error; it doesn't happen with every client but most clients. I also cannot find any reason or connection as to why.
