Sent client 2 invitations to Proseries Intuit Link, but he has not received them. He has QuickBooks Self Employed. Is QuickBooks affecting his invitation? Any suggestions why Intuit Link invitation is not getting to him?

Did you uninvite before sending the second one? If not, try it. Verify email address but qb should not have any impact. Also, intuitlink doesn’t really like internet explorer anymore.
