We've had several clients with issues with the Link. One person I was just speaking with has repeatedly been sent an invite, uninvited, re-invited, etc. and it still keeps telling him that he "needs to get an invite" so I give up. Anyone else having this issue? It's extremely frustrating for me and for the client.
i'm experiencing this, hoping support responds with a resolution. there is no way to chat or call support from what I can find.
@bmcniel Could you confirm if this is happening for transferred clients from previous tax year or new tax return client?
I am having this problem for the 2nd time in 1 week. You are telling me that I can
not efile my returns because I am not up to date with my information. This is taking my time getting everything straightened out.
