Perhaps we could drive there, surround the building and not leave until they give into our 'demands' of being able to use the software which we already paid thousands of dollars for, like the Canadian truckers.

Road Trip !!!!! I'll bring snacks.
Love it and am all for it. Any idea where "there" is?
Just follow the yellow brick road. Be careful of flying monkeys, witches, and mosquitoes. Look for the huge castle with enormous ivory towers glistening in the sun.
Sheesh, There are a bunch of short memory people around here this year who forget how fun the last several years have been. Retroactive tax bills in Mid March, Tax season extended to July 15 or May 15,
It's never going to be perfect, and those that can't learn to chill a bit are in for a long series of frustrating tax season's.
(Im not speaking to you IRonMaN this is just where my thoughts landed)
I'll bet you were the one who reminded the teacher at 2:25 Friday afternoon that she forgot to assign homework.
Aren't they in Texas? Better wait till Spring, if we go in Winter and there is a hard freeze, the power will go out (more of that Canadian interference with the American economy) and there won't be gas to pump to get back home.
Or some of their programmers are in California? State law requires all protesters there be vaccinated and boosted.
Mountain View CA is the official headquarters. At least that is what Google says. But maybe they heard the troops were coming and hurried up and put out some fake news so nobody could find them.
But Lacerte is in plain ol' Plano, Texas.
Not to be confused with Plano, Illinois, where they make tackle boxes.
I think that's a football term. My money is on the Rams.
But Jeff, the retroactive tax bills and extended due dates affected ALL tax preparers. I think preparers with states that won't print are beyond frustrated - rightfully so.
I hearby REJECT my "Answer Badge". I piped in from Massachusetts about the States not printing nor being available for Efile. Well, Intuit did accelerate the date for Mass (after first postponing it until Feb 24). We're doing OK now in Mass, but obviously the bigger problem is NOT solved. It remains unacceptable that any states are still waiting to print or eFile. I don't want your "atta boys". I just want better service for ALL tax preparers. I have been a ProSeries and QB customer for over 20 years, and I am insulted and unsatisfied. I feel for those who are still waiting.
Rick
Can't all be spiritual giants, I guess.
