International phone number for technical support

I am working remotely from Mexico and need an International phone number for technical support.  For some reason I can't get connected with the 800-434-6818 number even using WiFi calling.

Try this number l 1-800-934-1040,  and tell them you are a licened tax professional they should be able you to transfer you to them

Same issue.  I am out of the country and need a direct number that is not an 800 number.

If you're outside the US and if you are able to access Skype, you can use it to call US toll free numbers without charge.
