Yes, the letter has been removed from the program this year.
Did it populate for you? Make sure the return is marked for e-file and there's a balance due.
No - it is not populating. Yes - marked EF and Yes- balance due.
@IntuitGabi Am I the only Indiana user have this problem with PFC?
Yes. You're the first to report this as far as I'm aware.
Is "PFC" showing up under "Forms in Use"?
Yes it is in Forms In Use.
It must feel good to be number 1 😉
Ha !
& It shows up in Print Center? We're able to see it in Print Center and in PDF.
No letter visible any way I look at it. I can pdf the form - no letter. I can view the form - no letter. I can print the form - no letter.
Can you see it on your system?
Oh! I might have misunderstood. You're looking for the Coupon Letter. You see the Coupon but you're missing the Coupon Letter? Let me know if I'm on track or totally off. Thanks!
Correct - have coupon but NO coupon letter. The letter tells taxpayer amount due, date due and gives them options on how to pay
Yes, the letter has been removed from the program this year.
Thanks for the update.
I do not see a post filing letter either. I wish it was still there.
Are you having any issues with IT-40 page 2 printing every other letter?
I too wish the PFC letter was still there. I'm going to have to create one for my clients that are accustomed to using the info to pay online.
My page two has been printing fine. (knock on wood)
When Intuit decided to add form 7203, they said they would have to remove something to make room for it. We all voted for that Indiana letter. You must have been sick that day 😉
That's just my luck - lol 😂
