If I move out of CA in June because of high taxes & gas prices. File part year resident tax return for CA, can I deduct moving expenses on my CA part year tax return (CA (only) & I have the same employer. ?

CA wont allow moving expenses if youre moving OUT of California, so the answer is NO.

If you want more help, you should participate in the topic you already started, where people have been trying to help. Starting a fresh topic without following up on the running topic, is just asking the volunteers to work twice as hard for free. It's the same subject; so let's stick to the first topic.
