If I'm using pay-per-return, and I print one page of the return, paying the PPR fee, am I again charged for that client if I print the entire federal/state return?

And if I make a change to the return, say, adding another 1099-DIV, am I charged again for the PPR fee?

As long as you dont change the TIN of the return, you can edit/change anything and print it out as many times as you want.
