If I have 5 different states to enter K-1 information how do I get the K-1 worksheet for each state?

not all states have their own k-1 worksheet, but they should all have  way to make state allocations if there are differences from fed....the non resident state allocation section at the bottom of the federal information worksheet should help as well.
