I didn't get 6 digit verification code. This happened before due to Verizon.

Is this happening again? I cannot login to Pro Series.

I also cannot login to remove two-step verification BECAUSE I CANNOT LOGIN WITHOUT TWO-STEP VERIFICATION.

Turn your phone off. Wait 30 seconds. Turn your phone on. After it loads, try to log on again. If that fails it means the dreaded phone call.

Yay, re-started the phone, and all 16 codes came through!

still no luck.  proseries reps, pls do something. it is extremely (us) users talking with each other trying to fix an issue which you (yourself) created. as to the users, <blind leading a blind>
