What are you doing when it happens?
I see lots of reports of this error with Turbotax....this forum is for Tax Professionals using Intuit's Professional tax programs...are you really using PS Basic like your post shows or do you need instructions to get to the TurboTax Support boards?
we restarted our computer and still unable to login
