How to report support representative who muted himself pretending to look something up with zero intent to answer my question to clock his time as he approached the end of his shift? What is the best way to escalate something up the chain at Intuit, or is there no such thing?

how did you know it was the end of his shift? Can people in poor villages afford a mute button?
