How to recover customer file

I have some client files that the 19i file disappeared from the network server. Only .cache and .jn1 files appear. How to recover customer file?

Intuit doesnt have or save any copies of anything thats been filed.....do you have some kind of auto backup to the cloud or an offsite backup system of some kind?  You should consult with an IT professional to see what can be found.

Did it accidently get deleted?   Look in the Windows Recycle Bin and see if it landed there.

Otherwise you'll need to restore from your daily backup.

Intuit doesnt keep any client data, so you have to have it saved somewhere.  You mentioned Network, surely you have some kind of auto backup system for the networked files?
