What kind of info are you trying to import?

If you don't see the option under the Import menu heading while in a client file, then its not available.

What I am looking for is to see which client is outstanding and also to see if we have any amended taxes and delinquent taxes. So I was hoping I can import the entire database and differentiate what I am looking for.

You are going to be out of luck.  When you import, you only get what you already see, not the boatload of information that you are hoping for.

You want to export a spreadsheet from ProSeries.   The best PS has is to customize the column headings in HB  to include the data you're looking for, and then print homebase...you may be able to export HB to a csv.....Excel pisses me off everytime I use it, so Im not very fluent in csv files and what PS has to offer in this format, sorry.
