how do you not include form 8962 when efiling? It is a part of the clients return in their file.

The software will leave it off the file being transmitted.
It appears in the list of Forms in use on the left side of the screen? It only shows on mine that have Net Credits, not a payback.
In clients file, The form does not appear in "forms in use" but it does in the return itself.
I did follow the instructions on the Intuit update on APTC suspension, but it did say not to send form 8962.
