How do I enter Form 1098-T Box 6 amount? And where?

I have a client that received a Form 1098-T with an amount in Box 6-Adjustments to scholarships or grants for a prior year.
Where do I enter that in their 2021 tax return?

Thank you for your help!

Enter it along with everything else on the 1098-T there is a place for it on the tuition statement you use when you enter the rest.

You have to correctly show that either a taxpayer or dependent is a student on the information worksheet, then on the Student Information Worksheet there is a link to the 1098-T worksheet

Can you please be more specific? I am still not able to find where to enter and what to do with Box 6.

I believe you are asking what to do with the amount in box 6, not where to enter it (obviously you enter it in box 6). Box 6 shows any adjustments the school has made to scholarships and grants reported on a previous year's 1098-T. These adjustments may affect the student's tax liability for the previous year, so the student may have to file an amended return.
