I have a partnership K-1 for Wisconsin and I cannot find where to enter into Proseries.

You would enter the K1 information on the federal return. If Wisconsin is not the taxpayer's resident state then you would allocate the income to WI by completing info on the Federal Information Worksheet under the Non Resident State Return Filing section (I use Professional not Basic so not sure where you'd find that section)
