Cx has a problem when client maintance then copy/ then got error bad path. then in data folder
copy, then paste to desktop, then delete file, then go back to desktop copy then paste or restore back to homebase.
did not solve cx problem.
He did not find the problem. If cx encounters a problem for 40 files, is there a way to fix this issue all at once?
sounds like something is just pointed to the wrong directory....bad path sounds like its not in the folder that its looking in?
Hard to tell without seeing whats happening.
Did they choose a Non-default drive or path at installation maybe?
