Form 9325-Box 5 is checked - electronic funds payment request was not accepted

I just had some returns that have this Box 5 checked, but there is no other explanation and the client confirmed bank account information. Is there something going on with the software?

I remember is happening years ago, after panicking and calling the client, we discovered the payment WAS in fact debited.  Id call the client and see if they can see it as Pending in their bank account. 

One more reason I hate people that wait for the last minute to file!

called the IRS just now and the payments were processed, obviously a glitch in ProSeriesPro.  Hopefully it gets resolved and never causes the FREAK OUT again.
