Form 8936 Clean Vehicles credit showing up without being selected

Is this on a new client or a client transferred over from the prior year?  All clients or only one?

Ahhh, I see it, its on transferred clients.  Doesnt seem to pop up on a new client file.  Weird.

@DDANA I just checked and even if you dont delete that 8936 that you see listed in Forms in Use, it doesn't appear to get included in the forms that print or get filed, it looks like its just a phantom form in the list.

Yeah, I noticed that too. 

It's just one of many examples of Intuit's sloppy programming and lack of quality control.
