Well and truly after March 30.  Form release info states:

Final, EF Ready

Yet PDF Attachment Workaround still required to E-File Schedule B Form 1116

When will this ACTUALLY be EF Ready?

WRONG FOCUS.  It's not about hassle on my end.  To minimize headaches for my CLIENT, it would be best if IRS did not need to download PDF and manually enter information.

For ACCURACY - it would be best if this part of Electronically Filed Tax return actually e-filed.  Imagine if the Passive Loss Carryover didn't electronically transfer.  Could lead to disagreements with IRS
