Not sure what the question is. You can scan all form 1116 sch B’s into the new file and then attach as a .pdf.

Create both 1116 Sched B's in PS (one for passive and one for general). Click the button on the top bar with the little printer that says 'print selected forms'. select (using Ctrl button) both Sched B's and then print to PDF. they will print to the same pdf. then attach the PDF with both Sched B's (passive and general) to the return and they will both print when you print the return PDF.

Note - We had a client with FTC c/o's into 2021 from 2020. We did not use Form 1116 for 2021 so while the 1116 still remained in PS, the 1116 Sched B did not create. I had to go into the 1116 worksheet, Part II and put '0' under 'Other' so the Sched B would show in PS with the c/o's so I could print and attach as a PDF.
