Form 1116 efiling rejection

Received Error message F1116-004-02

I have attached PDF files for the Form 1116 and the Form 1116 Schedule B Reconciliation forms to the tax return when I e-filed.  I have selected the Form 1116 for the Form 1116 and selected "other" for the Schedule B reconciliation form.  When it asks for the description on either form, I stipulate page 1 and page 2 since the description cannot be identical.  But when I select the Form 1116 which has 2 pages, I cannot change the description name to stipulate page 1 or page 2.

Why did you attach a PDF for the 1116 instead of completing the form in Proseries?

On the ones I had I completed the 1116 and just attached the -B as a PDF

I thought the 1116 was not able to be efiled.

It worked for me several weeks ago when I tried.

The first time I efiled I did not attach the Form 1116.  I only did the Sch B.  Still had a rejection notice.  So that is why I sent the 1116 as a PDF.  

If you sent the Sch B as a PDF, did you select Form 1116 or "other"?

I selected form 1116 and description was "Form1116ScheduleB"

In my rejection notice it also says:  'ForeignTaxCrCarrybackOrOverAmt' has a non-zero value, then a binary attachment with description 'Form1116Schedule B' must be attached to 'ForeignTaxCrCarrybackOrOverAmt' and 'ForeignIncmSection951AInd' must not be checked.

When you send a PDF as an attachement, will it send all the pages?

I printed the Schedule B to a pdf file and attached the entire file.
