To produce it? You need separate software (quickforms, I think is what they call it...)
To enter the info as you are preparing the return? NEC = non-employee compensation. So you enter it exactly same place as you would have entered it last year (likely Sch C)
Too many people get hung up on entering the actual 1099...Ive never once entered a 1099 for non employee compensation, I put ALL business income on Line 1 of the Sch C, regardless if theres a 1099 or not.
Go to Forms, Find Form and the 1099 NEC is listed there. Do not go to Where do I enter, it might not be there.
If you are trying to enter a 1099-NEC into a return, type:
