Cant log in to my Pro Series 2017 forget the password.. need help

password is the same for all years.

If you need to rest the password, click the I forgot My UserID password link at the bottom of the sign in screen.

thats what I did but nothing ..it says  Hint:..

when I hit the I forgot my user ID / password I get this screen  You get something different?
