For 1099R Coronavirus relief, are the amounts carrying over to this years forms to ensure accuracy of the 3 year split?

1099 Coronavirus relief, 8915-E form, and proper 3 year split

It's 8915F this year and the form isn't ready and Intuit said the amounts won't be carrying over.
