i efiled FBAR 6 days ago and do not have an acceptance response yet

Do you at least have a record it was submitted? If so, you may need to wait a bit. Intuit's system is known to take much longer than direct e-filing with FinCEN. If you're concerned, call Intuit Support and have them look into it.
